He put down plastic corner protectors to protect my walls from his hose possibly bumping against them and when he was done, he spent 5 minutes and sucked out the disgusting hairballs that were in all my sink and tub drains...can't say enough good things about this company. He definitely goes above and beyond the usual carpet cleaning standard."
